Google Chrome: Malware Ahead

If you use Google Chrome as a web browser, as I do, you've probably been getting a warning that this blog is infected with malware.  While I suppose it is possible, it is highly unlikely since this blog doesn't use any scripts.  I don't know where the malware would come from.  I've checked into it and all the advice that Google gives has to do with disabling scripts, and since I don't have any, I can't really do that.  Of course, if you're a Chrome user and you're reading this, you've already figured that out.  You've already clicked on "advanced" and "proceed at your own risk".

Pam met up with friends yesterday while I plowed.  Ruby came home with a coat from Auntie Kim...

which she loves and hasn't taken off since yesterday, and growled at Olivia when she sniffed it.  I also received a wonderful present.

Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty no doubt realized the competition he had here and settled things up with A&E very quickly.

Our motorhome should be ready next week, and we're set to head south anytime after Thursday.  We only need a weather window of a couple of days of clear weather.  The next big question to resolve is whether we maintain our adventures on this blog, or our Drift Away blog, or a new blog?

  1. It's a new adventure so it's time for a new "Blog"... Maybe you can call it "Pam & Dave's Dog and Pony Show". No, that probably wont work, I assume you're bringing the cats too. What ever you call it, it will be very entertaining...

Being an RVer I'm running through my mind; Just what do you do with a horse in a campground? The logistics of such an endeavor boggles my mind. Little things like where do you store the hay, what do you do with the manure?

My bet is that you are going to board the horse at a stable and you're not really bringing him at all...

    1. Pam found horsey RV parks. First night, Cabella's in PA where they have a horse corral. Second night in Tennessee where we'll spend a few days. Then to Florida where we're making arrangements to board Jeremiah.

  2. I'll keep an eye out for you on all your blogs, but I gotta tell you, that hat is gonna look some kind of silly anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon line.

    1. I'm glad to know the hat doesn't look silly north of the Mason-Dixon line!

    1. The RV had a flat tire and bad master cylinder. It had to be towed out of where it was. They found other issues too, but all fixable for about $1,500. Compared to the boat, this is a bargain!

  4. It's still "BOAT" Break Out Another Thousand... I'm sure the RV had a good go'n through for your journey south... IE: All fluids changed and break lines checked for rot... I'm sure you already know that...

If I may ask-- What are the Specs. on your new movable boarding house??

PS: R/V Drift Away-- Lets hope it doesn't turn into R/V Coast Away!!

  5. I stayed at a KOA in Durham, ME and they had a coral with a bunch of horses and trailers lined up too. I'll bet some of the campers bring their horses to do trail ride there. Although, most of the country side was a swam, not where I'd want to ride.
