Easter in Florida

Spending holidays in Florida requires a bit of adjustment.  Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Easter are all.... warmer.

We have an interesting setup here.  Judi's abode is her home.   Our is our RV.  Kate and Chuck, friends from New York, arrived on Saturday in their RV.  Add in ten dogs and three cats, plus two rabbits.  You might think things would be crowded, but it's not.  It's all about outdoor space.  Judi's yard is large and she  has two screened in porches.  But my favorite place is the man cave, sometimes known as the garage.

The man cave has the wicker sofa from the boat, a coffee table donated by neighbor Denny, a pool table donated by Denny, and assorted tools and stuff.  In the pic below, Chuck is drinking a POTENT bloody mary and eating a deviled egg while Ruby looks on.

Chuck's RV, Pam's horse trailer, and Wanda's picnic table borrowed for the occasion.

We were joined by Megan, Bishr, Paige, and Genesis.

The dogs getting the last bite.

Very pretty girls, eh?

Pam's carrot cake.

Lucy, who for some reason started growing long fur.

Bishr and Megan shooting pool.  Well, Megan trying to shoot pool.

It was an enjoyable day.  But don't forget the reason.

Yes, I did indeed listen to it yesterday.
